 You can order white furniture online by clicking the 'buy now' 
                button. This brings you to the paypal shopping cart where you 
                can add quantities. You can either shop for more items or go 
                to the checkout.
 Once we receive your order we will contact you 
                with delivery times. Availability We endeavour to hold sufficient stock to meet all orders but 
                if we have insufficient stock to supply or deliver the goods 
                ordered we will contact you to give the expected delivery time. 
                We may offer a refund.
 PaymentPayment is done through Paypal. If you have an account you can 
                log in. If you do not have an account you can pay with all major 
                credit cards. Paypal is an easy, secure method to shop on the 
                Internet. We do not collect or store credit or debit card details.
 Cancelling your Order You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days 
                after the day of delivery. To do this, please e-mail us or write 
                to us.
 You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. 
                However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service 
                we offer to customers in the future. If you cancel, you must return the goods to us 
                at your own expense. A term to this effect is only compulsory 
                if you choose to make the buyer responsible for the cost of 
                returning the goods. You must ensure that the goods are packaged 
                adequately to protect against damage. If you fail to return the goods, we will collect 
                them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. 
                If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they 
                are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, 
                we will charge you for the reduction in value. This cancellation policy does not affect your

 The courier used is City Link. If you are not 
                in at the time of delivery they will leave a card for you to 
                contact them to make arrangements to collect or for an alternative 
                delivery day. Each parcel is held for 5 days in the local depot 
                and if not collected it is returned to us. If an item is returned 
                to us due to incorrect address or non collection within specified 
                time after card has been left (photograph is taken by couriers 
                as proof of card being left) you are liable for the return postage 
                charge of £15 per parcel and initial delivery will not 
                be refunded. Delivery AddressIt is important you are able to receive the goods as quickly 
                as possible when shipped a delivery address with occupancy is 
                essential to the prevention of damages whilst in transit. If 
                an item has been attempted delivery or held for collection an 
                unreasonable length of time we will not be responsible for any 
                damages suffered.
 Returns and RefundsIts easy. If you are unhappy with any product please email us 
                and return the product in original packaging, within 7 days 
                of receiving it and unused. We will give you a refund when we 
                receive the product.
 Please note we can not refund the actual postage 
                cost* for returns.  You will be required to arrange and pay for the 
                return of the products to us. When returning items you are strongly 
                recommended to get proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility 
                for parcels lost or damaged in transit.  Damaged Items All deliveries need to be inspected for any damage 
                before accepting them and signing for them, ensure you sign 
                damaged with the courier as otherwise it will be taken that 
                goods are received in good order. If in doubt sign for the goods 
                as damaged, if there is any damage please email us to notify 
                us of the damage within 24 hours. If a damaged item is received please email a photo 
                of the damage and packaging to info@theblackbureaufurniture.co.uk Self Assembly FurnitureCheck the contents against the instructions enclosed. Once assembly 
                has started, self assembly furniture is non-returnable. This 
                does not affect your statutory rights. If a part is damaged 
                a replacement will be sent.
